These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Unleaki platform operated by Atomic Software LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using Unleaki, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Unleaki is a financial analysis tool that helps businesses identify wasted spending by analyzing bank statements and transaction data. Our service provides insights and recommendations but does not provide financial advice.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business.
• One business per account unless on an Enterprise plan.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized financial documents
• Use the service for money laundering or any illegal activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our platform
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Upload data you do not have the right to share

4. Financial Disclaimer

Unleaki is not a financial advisor. Our analysis is algorithmic and informational only. Savings estimates are projections, not guarantees. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making significant financial decisions based on our reports.

5. Subscription and Billing

• Free tier: One statement scan at no cost, no credit card required.
• Paid plans: Billed monthly. Cancel anytime from your account settings.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of charge.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process your data solely to provide the service. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unleaki and Atomic Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
